Kirsty at Planning By Laurel recommended Laurel Designs when she worked as Events Manager at a beautiful wedding venue in the New Forest. Carol had just began Laurel Designs but Kirsty did not hesitate to recommend her to her couples because of the exceptionally high quality of her work, the highly bespoke service and the level of professionalism that was always present.
Following her experience in organising a range of events, Kirsty felt that she wanted to provide an extra special service which allowed couples to use her expertise but with the freedom and flexibility to choose what they needed help with and to remain very much in control during such an exciting, but sometimes stressful period.
Laurel Designs is now a multi award winning company in the wedding industry covering Hampshire & Dorset and are delighted to expand their services and welcome Kirsty on board creating Planning by Laurel.
Kirsty studied Events Management at University and then went on to become Sales & Events Manager at a stunning 19th century manor house hotel in the New Forest, Hampshire.
Kirsty organised many weddings, corporate and private dining events during her time here. She thoroughly enjoyed seeing her events all come together from start to finish and building relationships with quality suppliers.
She then went onto join the team at the prestigious 5 star Chewton Glen Hotel where she was promoted to Senior Central Events managing a range of high end events for companies and private clients. Events co-ordinated here included Senior Team Retreats, Corporate Away Days, Annual Conferences, Private Dining and Group Stays for celebrity and royal guests. Kirsty and her team also looked after the Events at 5 Star Cliveden House in Berkshire.
Kirsty is passionate about supporting her couples with any stage of their wedding planning and is pleased to be part of the Laurel Designs Team.

Carol left her corporate background and decided to take up her hobby and passion full time when Laurel Designs was born. Laura Spencer, the Production Manager has since joined the team and between them they have transformed many couples specials days through creating stunning wedding stationery with their exceptional attention to detail.
Carol is so pleased that Kirsty has joined the team and is delighted to be able to extend the services that Laurel Designs currently offers through the new Wedding PA Service.
